Tony has over 20 years of experience in business management, process improvement, project management, and software implementations. His operational business expertise spans accounting, procurement, transportation logistics, sales, and warehouse management.

Tony started a parts and field service company which he later sold to a leading distributor. As VP of Operations at this distributor, Tony used his leadership and problem-solving skills to implement policy and procedures, and enhance software utilization. These projects included implementation of a Warehouse Management System in 8 locations, providing the operational support for the company’s 200% growth over his 10 years of service.

Lauren is an OSHA Specialist in Safety and Health, consulting on safety best practices, OSHA compliance, and assisting in the development of safety programs and procedures. Prior to her work in the safety industry, Lauren worked as a sustainability consultant, assisting multifamily developers on green building practices and energy code compliance. She maintains the designation as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional for Homes and New Construction. From 2009 – 2014 she facilitated sustainability initiatives for the University of North Texas and served as the Assistant Director of Campus Sustainability. She began her career at the EPA Region 6 headquarters in Dallas, Texas working in the Office of Compliance and Enforcement. Lauren enjoys identifying and maximizing synergies between safety, operational excellence, and sustainability.
